Once an order has been handed to a carrier, InitialAu is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. InitialAu is not liable for failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from an incorrect address provided by you. In the event of a failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees.
